True to its classic 1990s craftsmanship, the lock works perfectly once you know its unique charm! Insert the key, allow it to flush upwards completely into the brass lock plate, and then twist gently counter-clockwise to lock and clockwise to unlock.
There is one superficial surface scratch and one deep, minor finish nick on the top surface woodwork and a tiny nick on the back bar area (clearly documented in the close-up listing photos). It has been priced down accordingly!
